Our products

• Please read the label before use and follow its directions. Keep all cleaning products out of the reach of children.
• The lab results on this website come from tests by SASMIRA, Mumbai, a NABL-accredited laboratory, under controlled laboratory conditions. Results at home can vary with how a product is used.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice. If your baby has sensitive skin or a medical condition, ask your doctor before changing products.
• Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may change from time to time.

Prices

All prices are MRP in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Prices can change, but the price we confirm to you on WhatsApp is the price you pay.

Orders

Sending us your cart on WhatsApp is a request to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it on WhatsApp. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, or a price was shown incorrectly. If you have already paid for an order we decline, we refund you in full.

Payment

We share payment details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order. We dispatch once payment is received. We never ask for card numbers, PINs or OTPs.

Delivery

We deliver across India by India Post Speed Post. Delivery is free on orders of 3 or more bottles; for smaller orders we tell you the delivery charge before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
