What we collect

• Order details you type into the cart: your name, mobile number, address, city, pincode, state and an optional note. These are saved only in your own browser, so you do not have to type them again. They reach us only when you tap “Place order on WhatsApp” and then send the message yourself.
• Your WhatsApp messages: your WhatsApp number and name, your messages, and any photos you send us, for example of a damaged parcel.
• Payment information: there is no online payment on this website. When you pay us by UPI or bank transfer, we see the details your bank shares with us, such as your name and the transaction reference. We never ask for card numbers, PINs or OTPs.
• Technical information: like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
• To handle payments, returns, refunds and complaints.
• To keep the business records the law requires, such as GST invoices.

We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• India Post, to deliver your parcel (name, address and mobile number).
• WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our messages; its own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
• Our hosting provider, which stores this website and its logs.
• Our accountant and government authorities, where the law requires it.
• This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as the pages viewed, the type of device and approximate location (city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not send your name, phone number, address or order details to Google Analytics. Orders you place on WhatsApp stay between you and us. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for 10 years because tax law requires it. We keep WhatsApp conversations for 5 years and then delete them. You can remove the details saved in your browser at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to erase it when we no longer need it for your order or for legal records. You can also withdraw consent and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will reply within 5 working days.

Children

Our baby-care products are bought by parents and carers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
